During 1990’s, in Nokia we used to follow this simple 7 step process to solve problems.
However after several mergers and acquisitions we deviated from the 7 step process.
We brought back the 7 steps process to our transformation activities so that we tackle the right problems right way. We used this methodology to all the transformation measures.
We even took the 7 steps process to our suppliers under supplier development program. It was highly successful.
