I did my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification back in 2010.
My project was called “Recover Now” and my mission was to significantly improve Emergency Recovery time.
My project was the foundation to the creation of NMC (Network Management Center) for North America. The mean outage duration reduced from 4.9 hours to 1.8 hours. This brought in significant financial benefits, improved customer satisfaction, improved employee satisfaction and various other benefits.
I am a big proponent of Six Sigma methodology to solve complex problem. I am working on a goal to get a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
